Executive Orders

Executive Orders (E.O.) are considered an executive privilege of the President to create and exercise at his discretion with little or no public or Congressional knowledge. They are created under a quasilegal concept called the "Rule of Necessity" and say that whatever is necessary to preserve the nation against its foes, internal nor external, will be done superseding any and all other laws of the nation including the Constitution. Once enforced, Congress cannot intervene or countercommand the EO's for six months. All the President has to do is to declare that a situation exists and put it in force and call the authorized agencies into action.

What is a State of Emergency?
This is vague and broad in scope. They cover everything from national disaster to political dissent.

What Powers Can Be Exercised?
EO #12919 was released by the President on June 6th, 1994, which the following EO's fall under.

EO # 11051 Provides FEMA complete authorization to put above orders into effect in times of increased international tension of economic or financial crisis.

The States also enact legislation covering emergencies like antihoarding laws. These have been formulated from antihoarding references under Title 50 War and National Defense, Section 2072. Stripping off the legalese, they say no one shall accumulate goods in excess of reasonable amounts for business or personal use. Penalties are imprisonment and $10,000 in fines. To know what is on the books in your state you will have to dig. For Hawaii this information can be found in Title 10 under 'Public Safety". It is located after legislation on militias, state troops, etc. In Hawaii you are considered a "hoarder" if you have more than one weeks provisions on hand. Any amount in excess is subject to forfeiture, may be confiscated, destroyed or redistributed for public use.

This means that your money that you earn and pay taxes on does not allow you the freedom to by a few cases of toilet paper! You have to ask yourself, who or what is calling the shots at the highest levels here. It is obvious that it is not in the best interest of the American people. You would think a government that really cared about it's people would be delighted if they had a little extra stored away!

According to an article I read in the Wolf Report, the U.S. military is training recruits in house-to-house search methods to determine if food stocks exceed thirty day supply.

HELLO!!!!
Doesn't sound like the democracy that we think we live in does it! Who is in charge of this great Nation that would even write this stuff into law, let alone make one man responsible for instituting it?
